Brooklyn Bagels is one of the few places left where you can get a fresh bialy made onsite. The bagels are hand rolled and boiled in large kettles of water before going in the oven. All bagels are made fresh daily, and there are plenty of tables for those who prefer to dine in. Brooklyn Bagels is vegan and vegetarian friendly. They also feature organic hummus, falafel and granolas.  All breads and pastries are baked in store, and they focus on using local sustainable organic ingredients.
