streetbeat The Parsnip Throwdown, a local food tasting and thought exchange is coming to Superfine in Dumbo on Monday, April 14th.
Learn how to find good, clean and fair food grown nearby and how to grow food yourself. There will be an informational exchange between speakers from Good Eggs, 596 Acres and Catskill Mountainkeeper (to name a few!). Happy hour drinks, live entertainment and food from Brooklyn and the Catskill region are all to be enjoyed.
The event will be from 6pm – 9pm at Superfine. Tickets are $15, sold at the door.
