Good Things Brewing at Kos Kaffe Roasting House

This bright, open space on 5th Avenue sets the perfect backdrop for Kos Kaffe‘s signature blend: mellow vibes, friendly staff, a diverse menu and a genuine love for coffee. The star attraction, of course, is the roasting machine, which is nestled into the left side of the bar for all to watch in action.

Fun fact: Co-owner Allon trained with one of Brooklyn’s first micro roasters, while co-owner Sarah has written two cookbooks.
