Bricolage is a French term for repackaged and brought together. All the tables in the gastropub are sanded and twice-painted creating different tints on the wood, and the bar itself is made from wood from an old Brooklyn water tower.  One of Bricolage’s many specialties is house made Banh Canh noodles, made with coconut milk, tofu, pickled vegetables and bean sprouts.
