Brooklyn Historical Society has a wide variety of summer events that entertain, inform and get you out of the house! Coming up, they’re offering a walking tour that will explore Brooklyn’s wonderful South Slope with The Wooden House Project.
This tour will explore the range of architectural styles this community has to offer, as well as topics like the neighborhood’s one-time largest employer – an enormous clock factory that later become a successful adaptive reuse project – and where the Three Stooges started their comedic career on 9th Street.
The tour will be held on Thursday, June 26th at 6:30pm.
