Bricolage is a French term for repackaged and brought together. All the tables in the gastropub are sanded and twice-painted creating different tints on the wood, and the bar itself is made from wood from an old Brooklyn water tower. ¬†One of Bricolage’s many specialties is house made Banh Canh noodles, made with coconut milk, tofu, pickled vegetables and bean sprouts.
