People’s Pop is all about the popsicle. The seasonal store was founded in 2007, and it has been at its current location for five years. There are four other locations in Brooklyn and two in Manhattan. Its signs and artwork are all about ice pops. In fact, it has a 75 pound block of ice ready for shaved ice treats, made only of the freshest fruits, herbs, organic cane sugar, and nothing else.
Fun Fact: Rachel Ray called their pops “My favorite food on a stick.”
