129 Montague St Brooklyn, NY 11201
When Diana L. Ross looked to Brooklyn Heights to create an old-fashioned mom and pop pharmacy, she knew Montague Street would be the perfect fit.
Executive Store Director Diana Ross told Brooklyn Street Beat “as a small community business we become an essential part of the community.
“Free delivery for a mother who may be home with a sick child, helping an elderly man with his medication, carrying bags out to someone’s car; we are always focused on treating our customers with respect and offering our knowledge and outstanding customer service.”
Ross praised Montague Street and Brooklyn for graciously hosting City Chemist. “Montague Street is truly a magical place to conduct business. It is the diversity in the wonderful people who work and live in the community.
“I speak from my heart when I say that I have met some of the most wonderful people here in Montague Street. I enjoy seeing a brigade of strollers, dogs, and children walking down the block and eventually coming in our store.
Todd S. a dedicated patron at City Chemist agreed.
“The service here is above and beyond the call of duty,” he said. “I’ve been shopping here since the week they opened and I have never entered the store without some one greeting me with a smile and a friendly hello.
“In a city that seems to be overrun by chain stores where you never see the same cashier twice, City Chemist acts like they are grateful for the business and they return the love twice over” said Todd S. “Top shelf all the way.”
