Smiling Pizza Restaurant offers a large, unique menu. They were one of the first to sell individual pizzas they called “baby pizza.”
The mural on the wall features their logo, a large smiling pizza face. Smiling Pizza has been serving slices at its current location since 1974.
Fun Facts: Mayor de Blasio campaigned here in 2013. Actor Patrick Stewart had his first ever slice of pizza here. John Turturro was a frequent
customer during the ’90s when “Do the Right Thing” was being filmed in Brooklyn.
