In March 2014, Gonzalo Carreto, a 12 year employee of the Montague St. Canyon, invested in ownership of the Park Slope location. They have added beer, wine, catering and a Mexican selection to the menu. Grand Canyon Diner is noted for being the home of the 8oz. burger. The tall, open air windows make this the perfect spot for summer dining.
